On Demand Update

There is now a new version of the Newcastle Transport On Demand app. This latest version will improve your booking experience with Newcastle Transport On Demand.

What you will notice

You can now:

• Make a booking by selecting a pickup or arrival time. The new arrival option lets you make a booking based on arriving by or before a set time.
  Remember: The more time you allow prior to your selected time, the easier it will be to secure your spot onboard the service.

• Pre-book your On Demand service up to 60 days in advance with recurring bookings.
  When you pre-book, you will be given a 30 minute arrival window for your pickup – your pick up time will depend on how busy the service is and how many other customers have booked on the day.
  You will receive a reminder of your pre-booked ride the night before and you will be notified of the final booking time closer to your ride.
